Increasingly, the ownership of timeshare and fractional properties is offered to buyers of holiday properties owned entirely as an option for the enhancement of the investment. For example, some holiday homes are sold with predetermined rental programs managed by the administration company. The management of Your residence
Residence can be managed by professional management companies or, in some cases, by the owners themselves, who appoint a committee of the owners to administer the management of the residence.

Cleaning costs, building maintenance, swimming pool cleaning, gardening, security, etc. of the residence (management fees) are divided among the owners. These expenses start from about €150 per year in a standard residence for the property of a week and increase in proportion to the quality of accommodation in the residence, the size and type/number of facilities that need maintenance on site for guests.
Many residences use quota payments to create a depreciation fund dedicated to major restructuring or renovation, usually with quinquennial plans, so that owners do not have to procure additional funds for substantial restructuring programs.
